Thank you for taking time to engage in the first step of the GO Network journey. The following Health Assessment helps define a starting point. It inquires about leadership development, resource development, and ministry support in your YL area. In addition to your responses, other data (like financials and Core Ministry Counts) of your YL area will be compiled.

The results of this assessment will be used exclusively to help the GO Network serve your YL area; results will NOT be used as an evaluation of job performance. Please make your responses transparently candid. Only a few GO Network staff will view your exact responses. Your supervisor will receive only a synopsis.

This assessment will likely take 30 minutes or less to complete. Do not overthink your responses. Your instinctual responses will likely be the most helpful. A very accurate picture of your YL area helps the GO Network best provide customized programming and funding.

Some questions will ask about specific financial information. Accordingly, you referencing YL area financial reports (YL Access, Adaptive, and perhaps Donor Elf) will be helpful.

Leadership Development

This section focuses on volunteer care, recruiting, team-building, supervision, and committee health.
